How to Sort Category Products in Magento 2

Method 1: Sorting by Product Listing Method 1 - Sort Category Products in Magento 2

  1. Login Magento 2 admin panel
  2. Navigate to Catalog > Categories
  3. Select the Store View
  4. Expand Display Setting section
  5. Go to Default Product Listing Sort By and select as per your requirement
  6. Click Save Config

Method 2: Sorting by Product Position

Method 2 - sort category products in Magento 2
  1. Navigate to Catalog > Categories
  2. Select the Store View
  3. Expand the Products in Category area and make changes in Position column as per your requirement.
  4. Save te configuration
